This policy explains how information is handled when parents and children use Kids Fun Bedtime Routine.

Information stored on the device

The app stores the following information locally:

  • Selected age range: 3–5, 6–8, or 9–11
  • Bedtime and wake-up schedule
  • Notification preferences
  • Enabled and custom routine tasks
  • Optional task timers
  • Routine completion history
  • Stars and streak progress
  • Parent-created reward messages
  • App settings and purchase entitlement state

This information supports the app’s routine, progress, history, and reward features. The app does not upload routine content to our servers.

Purchase information

Bedtime Pro purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.

We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access, prevent purchase fraud, and provide purchase-related analytics. RevenueCat may process:

  • An anonymous app user identifier
  • Product and purchase status
  • Apple transaction and receipt information
  • Purchase timestamps
  • Limited device, operating-system, network, and technical information required to provide its service

We do not connect the anonymous RevenueCat identifier to a child’s name, email address, or account.
RevenueCat’s practices are described in its Privacy Policy.

Notifications

The app may request permission to schedule bedtime and morning notifications. These are local notifications managed by the device. Notification permission can be disabled at any time in device Settings.

Information we do not request

The app does not ask children to provide:

  • Full names
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Precise dates of birth
  • Precise location
  • Photos or videos
  • Voice recordings
  • Contacts
  • Social-media accounts

The app contains no advertising, behavioral tracking, chat, or social features.

Support communications

If a parent contacts us, we receive the information included in that message, such as an email address and problem description. We use it only to answer the request, investigate problems, and improve support.

Children’s privacy

The app is designed for children but is configured and managed by a parent or guardian. Sensitive settings, external links, and purchases must remain in parent-controlled areas.

We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Parents should contact us if they believe personal information was submitted unintentionally.

Sharing

Information is shared only when needed to provide the app:

  • Apple processes App Store purchases and related services.
  • RevenueCat processes purchase and entitlement information.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention and deletion

Routine information remains on the device until it is changed or the app is removed. Removing the app removes its local data from that device, subject to any device backups managed by Apple.

Purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their legal and operational retention requirements.

Legal basis

Where applicable, information is processed to provide the app and purchased features, comply with legal obligations, respond to support requests, and protect the service from purchase fraud. Notification access is optional and controlled through device permission settings.

International processing

Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase information in countries outside the user’s country. Their privacy policies describe the safeguards they apply.

Terms of Service

Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the use of this application, subject to the following additional terms for Kids Fun Bedtime Routine:

  • Not Medical Advice: The app is a routine aid designed for visual task management. It does not provide medical or professional sleep advice.
  • Parental Supervision: Parents remain responsible for the supervision of their children while using the app and for setting appropriate bedtime schedules.
  • Purchases and Billing: Bedtime Pro is a one-time Apple in-app purchase. There is no recurring subscription. All billing and refunds are handled directly by Apple.
  • No Guarantees: While the app aims to establish healthy routines, there is no guarantee that use of the app will improve a child's sleep patterns.
  • Acceptable Use: Users agree to acceptable use of the app and acknowledge the intellectual-property ownership of all app content, designs, and characters.
  • Limitation of Liability: Limitation of liability applies where permitted by law.
